This posting is for a part-time Reading Specialist position at Southern Middle School. It is a 40% contract working 191 days (3 hours per day: 11:55 am to 2:55 pm). The position requires PA Certification in Reading Specialist PK-12.

The salary for this position is dependent upon experience. We offer a robust benefits package that includes, but is not limited to, sick leave, personal leave, and tuition reimbursement. While health benefits are not offered to part-time professional positions, the position is paid based upon the salary schedule, prorated. The starting salary for a first year educator is $63,600, prorated to 40%.
