Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional development via trainings and coaching cycles.
• Lead data teams to monitor progress and guide reading interventions.
• Participate in IEP and RtI meetings and School Improvement Plans.
• Deliver student intervention through modeling or small-group instruction.
• Identify staff training needs to meet Reading/ELA targets.
• Align Reading Street instruction with MA standards and train staff.
• Analyze curriculum and pacing guides to support targeted instruction.
• Demonstrate student learning progress to the principal through AIP.
