Qualifications

Knowledge of Pennsylvania core standards and curriculum design.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teachers and administrators to raise student achievement in core subjects.
Deliver small-group instruction for intervention or enrichment.
Align curriculum and create progress monitoring across grades.
Advise directors and teachers on instructional strategies and interventions for struggling students.
Plan and deliver professional development for staff aligned to school priorities.
Support development of high-quality instruction and data-driven planning.
Observe and coach teachers to improve lesson planning and use of data.
Develop pacing guides and unit plans, and oversee common assessments.
