Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching literacy and driving student growth.
• Commitment to evidence-based reading instruction.

Responsibilities

• Master iPrep’s literacy framework across classrooms.
• Plan and facilitate professional development on evidence-based reading instruction.
• Coordinate and analyze reading assessments to monitor student growth.
• Advocate for iPrep and engage families to join the community.
