Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments: Administer and interpret various reading assessments to determine students' reading levels, strengths, and areas needing improvement.
• Develop individualized plans: Create personalized reading intervention plans based on assessment data for students with reading difficulties.
• Provide direct instruction: Deliver targeted reading instruction to individual students or small groups, focusing on decoding, fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary.
• Implement interventions: Utilize evidence-based reading strategies and programs to address reading challenges such as dyslexia or reading disorders.
