Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a PA Certified Reading Specialist in Philadelphia, PA for a 2 days per week independent contractor role. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and deliver direct reading instruction to support decoding, fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary.

Qualifications
