Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessing students using Fountas and Pinnell and DIBELS during benchmark periods.
• Progress monitor reading support students on a monthly or biweekly basis using DIBELS.
• Work with students in grades 2-5 individually using Read Naturally to improve fluency and track progress.
• Provide direct instruction for struggling Kindergarten students in small groups or one-on-one.
• Assist Reading Specialist with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and adhere to school guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
