Job summary

Fountain is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers who believe all children have the right to safe and reliable access to their education. We offer PAID training and part-time shifts averaging 20 hours per week during the school year.

Earn above-average wages per route, with potential additional amounts based on how long and far you drive. You will drive K-12 students to and from school and communicate with parents and school staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• At least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience.
• Insured four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Able to pass onboarding including fingerprinting, drug screening, and physical exam.
• Read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available Monday through Friday, 6:00–9:00am and 1:30–4:30pm on weekdays.

• Be available from MONDAY - FRIDAY6:00-9:00am and 1:30-4:30pm on weekdays

Requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record
• You have at least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience
• You have an insured four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone
• You are able to pass a comprehensive onboarding process, including but not limited to fingerprinting drug screening, and physical exam
• You arerequired to read, write and speak English at a proficient level
