University of St. Francis seeks student workers for Financial Aid Services in Joliet, IL to tutor reading and math for students up to grade 5 as part of the America Reads/Counts program at Joliet Public Library, Main Branch.

Training is provided; applicants must have Federal Work Study eligibility and can work up to 10 hours per week. Scheduling is Mon–Thu, 2:30pm–7:30pm, at the Joliet library location.

Qualifications

• Must attend training session.
• Students are limited to 10 work hours per week.
• Must have Federal Work Study eligibility.
• Students may not work additional hours after their Federal Work-Study funding has been exhausted.
• Ability to work off-campus at Joliet Public Library Main Branch.

Responsibilities

• Tutors students up to grade 5 in reading and math for America Reads/Counts program at Joliet Public Library, Main branch.
• Students must be selected for training and tutoring by Financial Aid Services.
