Job summary

Crossover is seeking a Reading Interventionist to deliver virtual, small-group and 1:1 sessions for grades 3–8. You will tailor instruction using assessment data to close fluency and comprehension gaps while supporting students with dyslexia.

Qualifications

• Specialized training or certification in dyslexia intervention (or related structured literacy approaches)
• At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group or one‑on‑one reading interventions for students in grades 3–8
• Experience supporting students with dyslexia or related reading difficulties
• Ability to interpret progress monitoring data and use it to plan and adjust instruction
• Strong ability to engage and manage students in a virtual setting through clear, motivating communication
• Available to work in a hybrid capacity in Arizona as needed.

What You Will Be Doing

Reading Interventionist Key Responsibilities
