• Plans a program of study that meets student needs and state standards.
• Establishes clear objectives for classroom activities and communicates them to students.
• Employs varied instructional techniques and media suitable for the setting.
• Maintains effective classroom management for a conducive learning environment.
• Strives to implement the district’s educational goals in instruction and practice.
• Protects students, equipment and facilities to ensure safety.
• Keeps accurate records as required by law and policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
