Richland County School District One in South Carolina is seeking a Reading Interventionist to develop and deliver developmentally appropriate interventions aimed at improving students' reading abilities.

Under limited supervision, you will plan lessons, monitor student progress, collaborate with the Department of Teaching and Learning, and maintain accurate records in compliance with district policies.

Qualificações

• Valid South Carolina teaching certificate or eligibility.
• Experience implementing intervention and remediation programs is preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Plans a program of study that meets the needs, interests and abilities of students.
• May teach multiple disciplines as assigned.
• Maintains accurate, complete and up-to-date records as required by law, District policy and administrative regulation.
• Assists the school administration in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct.
