Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a successful elementary or literacy teacher.
• Advanced coursework in the science of reading or comparable training.
• Be proficient in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver explicit and systematic literacy instruction in a small group format.
• Monitor student progress regularly and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with school-wide testing programs, including screening for dyslexia.

Skills

Knowledge of scientifically based reading research

Proficiency in technology usage for instruction and data analysis

Experience with dyslexia-specific interventions

Education
