Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in a qualifying field from a regionally accredited institution.
Three years teaching experience preferred.
Experience with alternative delivery instructional modes recommended – hybrid, online, interactive, etc.

Responsibilities

Plan and teach assigned classes as described in course outlines and syllabi.
Begin and end classes as scheduled, covering learning outcomes for each course.
Maintain academic standards and classroom behavior; communicate with students weekly.
Evaluate students using various methods and inform students of scores promptly.
Use Cleveland State email for administrative purposes and respond to inquiries.
Meet deadlines for administrative requests, contracts, activity reports, and final grades.
Submit requests for equipment, supplies, textbooks through department chair or lead teacher.
