Job summary

CACI is seeking a Readiness Data Manager to support HQ AETC A3/6, ensuring training programs are planned, programmed, and budgeted for readiness analysis activities. Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of military administrative experience.
  • Proven record of producing high-impact results for a customer.
  • Ability to work independently and within/across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent computer skills and use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as AETC/A3X content manager for all file libraries and databases.
  • Performs project management actions (status tracking, milestones, baseline variance).
  • Assists in completion of distance learning courses via administrative actions.
  • Ensures standardization of course development completion processes.
  • Acts as point of contact for Ready Airmen Training (RAT) on the USAF LMS; handles inquiries.
  • Collects and presents end-of-course survey results.
  • Collaborates with team members and external customers to research and develop RAT/SC curricula using systematic IMI approaches.

The Opportunity

Support for HQ AETC A3/6 to ensure training and resources are planned, programmed, and budgeted to develop, update, and add to the AETC A3/6 Air Force Readiness Training and Security Cooperation (SC) training analysis activities. Work includes competencies development requirements for training analysis activities to include competency-based training development and analysis for USAF readiness and AETC courses. Support to these activities include program management, assessment, analysis, subject matter expertise, pipeline management and scheduling, registrar, curriculum and courseware development, and technical services.

Responsibilities

Serves as AETC/A3X content manager for all file libraries and databases and maintains standardization and organization in this capacity.

Performs project management actions (project status tracking, milestone completion, and baseline variance) and assists in completion of distance learning courses by assisting with administrative actions.

Assures the standardization of course development completion processes. Serves as point of contact for all Ready Airmen Training (RAT) courses on the USAF Learning Management System and answers all phone calls/emails in this capacity.

Serves as point of contact for all end of course surveys and tracks, evaluates, and compiles their results into presentable formats.

Works closely with team members and collaborates with external customers and subject matter experts to assist with researching and developing RAT, Security Cooperation education, and training curriculum using a systematic approach of: plan, analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) in support of geographic combatant commands, USAF, major commands, and other customers.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Active Secret clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
