Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owner of Ego Wyke, invites applications for a Sous Chef role in Bradford. You will run a kitchen section, lead a team and step in for the Head Chef when required.

You’ll be responsible for food ordering, preparation and stock control, ensuring you and your team work to branded menus, health and safety standards and high guest satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
