Job summary

Our client is a leading main contractor seeking an experienced Telehandler Driver to operate machines on a busy construction site in Oxford and support the team as needed.

Must hold a CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket and demonstrate solid site safety awareness, reliability and a proactive work ethic. Monday–Friday with potential weekend work on a long-term Oxford project.

Job description

Our client is one of the UK's largest and most reputable main contractors, and they are currently looking for an experienced

Telehandler Driver to join their team on a busy construction site in Somerset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the telehandler safely and efficiently, while also assisting with general site duties when required.

Duties will include:

• Operating a telehandler on a busy construction site
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
• Erecting and maintaining site signage
• Supporting the wider site team as required
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, with some weekend work required.

Requirements

• Valid

CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket

• Previous experience operating a telehandler within a construction environment
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Able to provide
