This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to support apprentices in developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for successful careers within the electrical engineering sector.

Qualifications

  • You will manage a caseload of apprentices, carrying out workplace assessments, progress reviews and learner support activities to ensure learners remain on track to achieve their qualifications and fulfil their potential.
  • You will work closely with employers to build strong partnerships, maintain high levels of learner engagement and support the ongoing development of apprenticeship opportunities.
  • You will provide guidance and feedback to learners, maintain accurate records and ensure all activity complies with awarding organisation and contractual requirements.
  • In addition, you will undertake Internal Quality Assurance activities, supporting quality improvement across the provision and ensuring assessment practice meets awarding organisation standards and requirements.
  • You will also contribute to the development of learners' literacy, numeracy and digital skills and support the continued growth and success of the College's Work-Based Learning programmes.
