Pro Force Ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a busy packhouse operation in Linton, Kent. You will lead a production team, drive daily targets and ensure quality and safety standards. This role offers immediate start, potential temp-to-perm, and on-site parking.

Ideal for someone with strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining accurate production

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a production, warehouse or packhouse environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a production team to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure products are packed efficiently and meet customer quality standards.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Train, coach and develop team members.
• Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high operational standards.
• Complete production records and ensure accurate data entry.
