Job summary

Kids Planet Stone is seeking an Early Years Educator – Lunch Cover to join our dedicated team. This part-time role runs 11am–2pm, supporting children during mealtimes, helping daily routines, and creating a safe, engaging learning environment.

Desirable but not essential is a Level 2 Early Years qualification with EYFS awareness. We offer training through KP Academy, a supportive team, competitive benefits, and a culture that values wellbeing and inclusion.

Qualifications

• UK recognised early years qualification preferred
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of safeguarding children

How you’ll make a difference as an Early Years Educator – Lunch Cover:

• By providing support during mealtimes, assisting children and ensuring a positive mealtime experience.
• Through working collaboratively with the nursery team to support daily routines and activities.
• By helping to maintain safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environments for children.

What an Early Years Educator – Lunch Cover needs:

• Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or an enthusiasm to learn more.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children.
