Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking an experienced Children's Support Worker to join the team. The role involves supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours in a care setting.

Shifts include days, waking nights and sleep-ins, with ongoing support from the Phoenix Care Staff team. A full UK driving licence is preferred and reliability and person-centred care are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in care/support work.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support.
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

Phoenix Care Staff are looking for experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours.

We have a range of shifts available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.

What we’re looking for:
