Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff are recruiting experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team, helping children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. A range of shifts are available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins, with ongoing support from the Phoenix Care Staff team.

We offer £13.50 per hour, weekly pay and flexible shifts to suit you, plus opportunities for regular work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in care/support work.
• Experience with children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support.
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Provide person-centred support in a flexible shift pattern.
• Support with daily activities and behavioural management as required.
