Job summary

Heron Foods in the UK is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the store team and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You’ll oversee service delivery, stock levels, and store presentation while driving guest satisfaction and sales.

The role is part-time (27 hours per week) with a 13 per hour rate. You’ll be a keyholder and responsible for openings and closes, supported by a friendly, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent organisational abilities and passion for customer service.
• Proactive, energetic approach to managing a dynamic retail environment.

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively.
