Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Reactor Services Planner Scheduler to oversee outage and non-outage work packages at LaSalle and Midwest sites, with significant travel to Braidwood, Dresden, Byron, Clinton and Quad Cities facilities. The role supports a large private-sector power generator focused on clean, reliable energy and extensive outage planning for nuclear facilities.

You will execute planning, prepare work packages, and ensure adherence to procedures and Human Performance fundamentals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5 years of related experience OR
• Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 7 years of related experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical exam/testing

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare work packages and procedures to ensure outage and non-outage work is successfully executed and completed.
• Schedule and status activities for both outage and non-outage work scope
• Identify required tooling, parts, material and consumables required to perform work activity for work package development.
• All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)

This is a Constellation Corporate position. 60% Travel Required for this position for all Outages for the Mid-West sites. Braidwood NPS in Braceville, IL, Dresden NPS in Morris, IL, LaSalle NPS in Marseilles, IL, Byron NPS in Byron, IL, Clinton NPS in Clinton, IL, Quad Cities NPS in Cordova, IL. Expected salary range of $117,900 to $131,000

Varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose Of Position

Executes the planning and preparation of Reactor Services work packages and procedures for outage/non-outage work scope and schedules activities and tasks in applicable clean energy center programs. Always enforce procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (chemistry, construction, computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics or physics), with 5 years of related experience OR
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 7 years of related experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Reactor Services Planner Scheduler

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling in a nuclear power plant is highly preferred.
• Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) training as applies to discipline in reactor or turbine projects
• Senior Reactor Operator License or Cert
