Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced React/Python Developer to support an ongoing project with the MBTA. This is a remote position, but candidates must be local to the New York City or Boston area due to initial onsite setup requirements and occasional in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user interfaces using React

Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python scripts

Integrate front-end components with back-end services using the Flask framework

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features

Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance

Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in software development

Strong proficiency in Python and React
