Blue Voice is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product development across mobile, web, and backend. Based in the SF Bay Area, you will collaborate with the CTO to design, implement, deploy, and monitor features using React Native, Expo, React, Next.js, Python with FastAPI, and AWS.

You will drive CI/CD workflows, testing, and reliable deployments while partnering with Sales and Ops to iterate on real-world feedback.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of software engineering experience in SaaS or startup environments.
• Proficient in React Native with Expo, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production-grade mobile and web apps; CI/CD workflows; AWS basics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-stack development across mobile (React Native + Expo), web (React + Next.js), and backend (Python + FastAPI).
• Own the full feature lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• Deploy and maintain cross-platform mobile apps and modern web applications via streamlined CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, DuploCloud).
• Contribute to backend services built in FastAPI, including integration with AWS services (S3, Cognito, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Ops, and end users to rapidly triage issues and iterate based on real-world feedback from police departments.
• Ensure testing coverage and reliability using Maestro (mobile) and Playwright (web).
• Set and uphold best practices across frontend, backend, and deployment processes.

Full Stack Engineer (Mobile, Web & Backend) at Blue Voice

Our mission is to empower first responders with state-of-the-art SaaS solutions, using machine learning and LLMs (Large Language Models) to revolutionize their workflows, reduce response times, and improve public safety outcomes. Full Stack Engineer (Mobile, Web & Backend)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack development across mobile (React Native + Expo), web (React + Next.js), and backend (Python + FastAPI)
• Own the full feature lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement
• Deploy and maintain cross-platform mobile apps and modern web applications via streamlined CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, DuploCloud)
• Contribute to backend services built in FastAPI, including integration with AWS services (S3, Cognito, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees a plus)
• 3–5 years of software engineering experience in SaaS or startup environments
• Strong proficiency in:
• React Native with Expo (for mobile)
• React and Next.js (for web)
• TypeScript (frontend) and Python (backend)
• FastAPI or similar web frameworks
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining production-grade mobile and web apps
• Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows, scalable system design, and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS basics like S3, Cognito, and EC2)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Maestro (mobile) and Playwright (web)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building end-to-end full-stack features in a high-growth startup
• Experience tracking usage and diagnosing production issues through Amplitude, Cloudwatch, load balancer metrics, or similar.
• Exposure to AWS DevOps tooling (Docker,, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Interest or background in public safety, law enforcement, or mission-driven tech
• Comfort with GitHub Actions and maintaining high test coverage across stacks
