• At least 3 to 5 years of real‑time experience as a React Native developer
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Context API, and RESTful API integration
• Experience with mobile UI/UX best practices and deployment to App Store & Google Play
• Basic knowledge of iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) native modules
• Version control with Git and experience in CI/CD pipelines
• A strong coding background and ability to ace an on‑site coding test
