WITS, LLC is seeking an individual with frontend programming experience who is curious, innovative, and eager to contribute and learn. The candidate should be passionate about creating engaging user experiences using current JavaScript frameworks, with React Redux experience being essential.

Additional skills like Sequelize are a plus. The role is full-time (32-40 hours/week) with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and is part of a 6-month pilot program that could lead to a longer-term engagement. Work will be performed onsite in Maryland and remotely with management approval.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be local to Maryland or able to commute daily.
• Strong understanding of frontend development and web technologies.
• Experience designing user interfaces for web applications.
• Ability to collaborate with the lead Software Architect and client daily.
• Proficiency in Application Development Frontend programming skills: React Redux, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, Sequelize.
• Ability to run SQL queries and interact with databases.
• 3-6 years experience developing web applications, creating prototypes, analyzing user feedback, and consulting with clients.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
