Synechron is seeking a hands-on React Lead Developer with strong frontend expertise to lead our frontend initiatives for flagship client solutions. You will design and build scalable UI components, collaborate with product and backend teams, and guide peers through technical best practices.

We value deep experience with React, Redux, JavaScript, and modern tooling. The role includes mentoring, architecture input, and delivering robust, secure frontend applications across our global technology

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte NC/ Pittsburgh PA is $110k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application design, development, and deployment using Java and React.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based solutions.
• Guide and mentor development teams through code reviews and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.

• Ensure application quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Redux, React Hooks, Context API
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and coding skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Material UI
• Exposure to Kafka/Messaging Systems
