GyanSys Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a React Full Stack Lead to independently manage projects, guide onsite and offshore teams, and drive delivery from requirements through deployment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in React.js and full stack development, strong SDLC/Agile knowledge, superb communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate business users with technical teams. This is a 100% onsite role with in-person interviews in Santa Clara.

Formación

• 10+ yrs of hands-on experience in React.js and Full Stack application development.
• Proven experience leading and delivering projects independently.
• Experience managing and coordinating onsite and offshore development teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users, technical teams, and management.
• Experience in project planning, effort estimation, risk management, and delivery governance.

GyanSys is looking for an React Full Stack Lead for its direct client in Santa Clara, CA.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing projects, leading both onsite and offshore teams, and driving successful project delivery from requirements through deployment.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ yrs of hands-on experience in React.js and Full Stack application development
• Proven experience leading and delivering projects independently
• Experience managing and coordinating onsite and offshore development teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and project delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to work directly with business users, technical teams, and management
• Experience in project planning, effort estimation, risk management, and delivery governance.

Additional Requirement:

• Must be willing and able to attend in-person interviews in Santa Clara, CA
• This is a 100% onsite role (Monday to Friday)
