Job summary

VDart Inc is seeking a skilled React Developer for an onsite contract role in San Leandro, CA. You will translate UI/UX designs into high‑quality, maintainable code and collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, ReactJS, Jest, RTL, Webpack and Storybook, plus experience with RESTful APIs, Redux or RxJS, and testing for accessibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript in professional projects.
• 5+ years web development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Experience delivering near pixel-perfect UI for web apps.
• Proficient with ReactJS, JestJS, RTL, Webpack, StorybookJS, andStencilJS.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience scaling large React applications.
• Familiar with state management tools like Redux or RxJS.
• Experience with unit testing (Jest/Jasmine).
• Knowledge of BDD/Automated testing and accessibility/ADA.
• Experience guiding and mentoring other developers.
• Experience with high-performance applications.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.

Role: React Developer

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript and writing clean, high-quality and developer friendly code.
• 5+ years of Web Development with any modern JavaScript Web frameworks such as React JS or similar.
• Experience with creating near pixel perfect, robust and developer friendly code for user interfaces / Web Applications.
• Experience with ReactJS, JestJS, React Testing Library (RTL), Webpack, StorybookJS, StencilJS
• Experience build RESTFul API and web services.
• Experience with creating large scale Web Applications, specifically with ReactJS.
• Familiarity with complex state management, specifically with other state management tools like Redux, RxJS or other similar.
• Experience writing and UI unit tests (Jest, Jasmine, etc.)
• Experience or strong knowledge in BDD/Automated testing and Accessibility / ADA
