This role focuses on delivering modern, intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with product, design, backend, and platform teams. The ideal candidate has strong React expertise, is comfortable working with design systems and Figma, and has exposure to leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate UX design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade React applications.
• Build reusable, modular, and performant UI components, services, and modules.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate Figma designs into high-quality, accessible user interfaces.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., design-to-code, UX generation, prototyping accelerators) to improve UI iteration speed and consistency.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs.
• Apply best practices for state management, security, accessibility, and error handling.
• Adhere to secure coding standards, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Support releases and troubleshoot front-end issues in production environments.

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of front-end or web development experience.
