Job description

The technology team at Strategic Consulting Inc ships on Fridays without flinching, and the React Developer we hire will understand why that matters. The deal favors the seasoned — 1 years earns $57,000 - $92,000, a hybrid arrangement, and a technology charter you'll actually own.

Key Responsibilities

• Decode the undocumented Tailwind CSS service nobody at Strategic Consulting Inc remembers writing
• Monitor system health and set up alerting for purpose-led production environments
• Mentor newer junior hires on how Strategic Consulting Inc actually wires Jenkins together
• Own a technology service end to end, from RabbitMQ schema to on-call rotation
• Keep Strategic Consulting Inc's Nginx dependencies patched before the CVEs become incidents
• Pair-program tricky Express.js edge cases with engineers across Bakersfield, CA
• Sit with technology users in Bakersfield to learn what the Jenkins tool really needs
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years that left you with strong instincts and few *illusions*
• Hands-on familiarity with Stakeholder Management, sharpened by JavaScript side projects
• A CA work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway
• Familiarity with Strategic Consulting Inc-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them

Based in Bakersfield, Strategic Consulting Inc has spent 1 years shaping how people work across the technology space. Politics die fast at Strategic Consulting Inc because we put the awkward stuff on the table early.

We back $57,000 - $92,000 with a growth ladder, a mentor invested in your Facilitation, and benefits that travel with you across Bakersfield, CA.

We bumped this posting hours ago because the role is still very much open.
