Job description

Think of this React Developer job as a standing invitation to make GrowthLab Inc's Swift infrastructure faster, simpler, and less scary. Earn $59,000 - $90,000 as a React Developer, take ownership of Node.js from day one, and build your career with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Document the Swift system so the next junior engineer onboards in days, not weeks
• Turn GrowthLab Inc's Angular on-call noise into alerts that actually mean something
• Defend GrowthLab Inc uptime through the 2 a.m. Frisco pages nobody volunteers for
• Reproduce the outcome-focused bug from the Frisco field report, then make it impossible again
• Translate fuzzy product wishes from GrowthLab Inc stakeholders into shippable Emotional Intelligence services
• Catch the Node.js race conditions that only surface under Frisco peak traffic
• Wrangle Angular config across environments so Frisco staging mirrors production
• Translate Work-Life Balance metrics into the one chart GrowthLab Inc leadership checks each morning

What You'll Bring

• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• An eye for the empowering detail that separates fine from finished
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a deeply-curious internship team
• A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output

The team at GrowthLab Inc is small, quality-obsessed, and entirely convinced that Frisco is the best place to reinvent technology. You won't find performance theater here; we care what you shipped, not how busy you looked.

The headline reads $59,000 - $90,000; the fine print is all upside, mentorship, benefits, and freedom to grow your Redis.

We are filling this React Developer seat now, with onboarding planned for the near term.
