ReachInbox is looking to hire skilled and self-motivated candidates for the Associate Quality Assurance role. This is a full-time work-from-home job.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, or a similar degree
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Identify, prioritize, and report software defects and anomalies, working closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and specifications, providing valuable input on testability and user experience.
  • Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough validation of AI models and algorithms, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in product design and code reviews to identify potential quality issues and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
  • Manage incoming user queries regarding the product, onboard users, and provide support, addressing inquiries and concerns proactively and timely.
