Job description

Supports United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) providing multi-disciplined intelligence operations in support of global United States (US) military and government operations, including, but not limited to, all Major Commands and Combatant Commands of all military branches. USFOR-G provides global intelligence analytical reach-back in support of Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) initiatives, missions, and crisis response as well as US Army Europe & Africa (USAREUR-AF) remote, CONUS-based, analytical support.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze All-source reporting.
  2. Establish, maintain, and improve enduring search criteria using reporting tools.
  3. Conduct analysis to develop actionable products.
  4. Provide feedback to collectors through evaluations and Source Directed Requirements (SDR).
  5. Support CI operations.
  6. Identify individuals of CI concern through All-source analysis.
  7. Proactively identify insider threats and Military CI Collection (MCC) leads. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables: analytical reports, when required.
  8. Generate leads and provide support to full-spectrum CI operations.
  9. Perform CI/HUMINT Analysis and Requirements Cell (CHARC) Operations.
  10. Generate thorough CI/HUMINT assessments based on reporting reviews and CI indicators.
  11. Provide operational assessments and recommendations.
  12. Conduct local national linguist (LNL) vettings.
  13. Positively Identify (PID) and deconflict LN identities. Assess LN threat concerns based on All-source analysis.
  14. Manage RFIs as follows: enter data into RFI tracker, track statuses, and detail the response, as required.
  15. Receive, vet, prioritize, and process SOCOM, SOF, USAEUR-AF or other applicable customer requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Education - Associates degree or four years relevant experience.
  2. Experience - at least five years analytic experience with former MOS 18F, 35L, 35M, 351L/M, 97B, 97E, 35E, 35F, 350F, 35D, 34A OR other service equivalent specialty codes such as 18F = SF INTEL NCO or 180A SF WO with ASOT-III, USAF 7S071 - Special Investigator (SI), USMC 0211 Counterintelligence/HUMINT (CI/HUMINT) specialist OR other DoD joint service intelligence specialty codes, including, but not limited to, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.
  3. Clearance - TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or willing to undergo CI Polygraph.
Special skills or qualifications
  1. Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  2. Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  3. Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of global intelligence requirements.
Highly desired qualifications and experience
  1. Education - Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Experience in either CI, CT, Afghanistan/SWA regional issues, HUMINT, or global political/military analysis.
  3. Tactical and/or operational level experience.
  4. Four years CI/HUMINT experience preferred.
  5. Experience with assessment of sources and their reporting through the corroboration of source reporting and providing analytical feedback.
  6. OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience.
Clearance Required:

TS/SCI and willing to take CI Poly.
