Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are key to our success, working safely and independently to maintain efficient product flow while ensuring quality standards. As a Forklift Operator, you will operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.

Your responsibilities include transporting freight, replenishing stock, ensuring safety, and supporting the production process. You will also perform various duties to serve the company effectively.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Locating storage slots, setting pallets with forklifts, entering data, and managing freight in staging areas
• Replenishing pick slots, rotating stock, and removing outdated inventory
• Dispersing over-stocked items and managing pallets and packaging materials
• Following safety policies, reporting unsafe conditions, and performing safety checks
• Preparing for operations, performing inspections, and completing paperwork
• Performing housekeeping and battery management duties
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift repeatedly (10-90 pounds)
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments
• Pass drug test and background check
