Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a High-Bay Reach Truck Operator & Inventory Handler to support outbound shipments, inbound receipts, and accurate inventory control using Epicor ERP.

You will operate reach and counterbalance forklifts, use RF scanners and tablets, perform put-away, and coordinate with department leads to keep product flowing safely and efficiently while following all safety rules and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months of related warehouse experience, including 1 year operating material handling equipment.
• Understanding of inventory transactions and product flow in a warehouse.
• Ability to be trained or previously trained on material handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills (data entry and general knowledge); ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate gas or electric reach and counterbalance forklifts; use material handling equipment confidently.
• Retrieve finished goods from assembly and process shipments using correct systems and transactions.
• Receive inbound materials; perform put-away and inventory placement with accuracy.
• Record all material movements in Epicor to maintain inventory integrity.
• Load and unload semi-trailers safely and efficiently.
• Support additional warehouse tasks and related duties as assigned.
