Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Elgin, IL is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to move, locate, and stack products within the warehouse. This role involves operating reach trucks, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining accurate inventory through scanning and tracking.

Applicants should be bilingual (Spanish preferred) with prior reach truck experience, and be able to follow safety protocols, work well in a team, and use basic inventory software. The shift runs 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bilingual and/or Spanish Speaking.
• Proven experience operating reach trucks or similar equipment.
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks to transport goods to designated areas within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Ensure accurate inventory management by scanning and tracking products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
