Staffmark Group is hiring a Reach Truck Operator in Monroe, OH, offering a $18.00–$20.00 per hour pay rate and a first or second shift schedule. The role focuses on moving pallets, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse organization with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include operating a stand-up reach truck, performing quality checks, and supporting shipping duties, while meeting inventory controls and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Must pass a drive test before hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Prepare products and pallets for shipment.
• Label products and complete quality checks.
• Shrink-wrap pallets and secure outgoing shipments.
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping duties as needed.
