Job summary

Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to support inbound freight operations. You will move products within high racking systems using reach trucks and other powered equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety.

A sign-on bonus is offered and OSHA certification is provided if needed. Qualified candidates should have reach truck experience, be able to lift 50–70 lbs, and be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck operating experience.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with warehouse racking systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and motorized equipment safely (OSHA cert provided if needed).
• Load/unload trailers, containers, and dock shipments.
• Pallets moved to/from high-bay racking systems.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory and locations.
• Read labels, breakdown sheets, and product codes.
• Ensure pallets are labeled, wrapped, and secured.
