Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Warrensburg, Missouri is seeking a Full Time Forklift/PIT Operator to move freight from the Receiving dock, replenish slots, and maintain a safe, efficient workflow using RF devices or PDAs.

You will complete the daily PIT checklist, operate PIT equipment safely, transport freight to storage or shipment, log activities, scan pallet licenses, and report discrepancies to improve accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• Three to six months experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks preferred.
• Ability to operate RF devices or PDAs as applicable.
• Attention to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Puts away or removes freight from Receiving dock and replenishes slots to maintain workflow.
• Completes the daily PIT checklist and reports defects to management.
• Operates PIT equipment safely and transports freight to storage or shipment.
• Replenishes modules with undamaged freight and scans pallet licenses.
• Reports discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy and productivity.
• Maintains an organized work area and follows all company policies and safety guidelines.
