Job summary

DC-Alliance is seeking a Material Handler - Equipment Operator to support inbound/outbound freight in a distribution center. You will load and unload inventory using hand-held and powered equipment, operate reach trucks or order pickers, and participate in routine safety trainings.

The role requires 2–4 years of equipment experience, basic warehouse knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic DC environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of prior use of manual and/or powered industrial equipment.
• Basic warehouse and/or Distribution Center knowledge.
• Demonstrated success working in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inventory using manual or powered equipment.
• Operate reach truck and/or order picker to fulfill shipping and receiving orders.
• Document production logs and report maintenance needs as needed.
• Support various DC roles such as receiving, putaway, picking, replenishment and eComm fulfillment.
