Mykelly is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator (Reach Truck) for a fast-paced warehouse in Maple Grove, MN. This role requires safe operation of reach trucks and related equipment, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Shifts are 2nd with 3:30pm–2:00am, Monday–Thursday, offering $21.50 per hour. The successful candidate will load/unload, pick orders, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory integrity while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of reach truck experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hour shifts.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain forklift certification.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate sit-down, reach, clamp, and push-pull forklifts.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and store products.
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders based on customer requirements.
• Verify product types and quantities before shipment.
• Transport materials between storage, staging areas, and trailers.
• Perform order picking and quality checks.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory.
• Use RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory control.
• Complete pre-operation equipment inspections.
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
