Job summary

LINK Staffing is hiring a Reach Truck Operator for a busy warehouse in Tomball, TX. You will safely operate a stand‑up reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products, and support daily warehouse tasks.

You should have at least 1 year of reach truck experience and prior warehouse or distribution center exposure. RF scanners/inventory systems experience is a plus.

Shifts: 1st shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with potential transition to 2nd shift; Pay: $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of reach truck experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience required.
• Operate reach truck safely around racking and in tight spaces.
• Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems preferred.
• Physical warehouse duties required throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to transition to second shift if operational needs change.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products from warehouse racking.
• Load, unload, stage, and put away materials in assigned locations.
• Accurately pull orders and replenish inventory.
• Navigate narrow aisles and elevated storage locations safely.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and storage locations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety or mechanical concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.
