Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators for a leading automotive parts warehouse. You will safely move high-value parts using a reach truck in a fast-paced environment and be part of a safety-focused team.

If you have experience operating a reach truck or other powered industrial equipment, we'd love to hear from you! The role offers 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with overtime available and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Reach Truck experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights while operating powered industrial equipment.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and excellent work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Reach Truck to move and store high-value automotive parts
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and stage orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Replenish inventory and maintain organized storage locations
• Perform routine equipment inspections before each shift
• Ensure the safe handling of expensive automotive components to prevent damage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
