Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Reach Truck Operator in Bloomingdale, GA. The role pays $20.00 per hour and offers two schedules: Mon-Thu or Wed-Sat, with shifts from 7:30 AM–5:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. You will safely operate reach trucks to move, store, and retrieve inventory, support order fulfillment, and maintain accurate locations.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and forklift training or experience is a plus. Benefits are provided.

Education Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Reach Truck Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and following established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
