Job summary

Lineage is looking for a Forklift Operator in Fullerton, CA to move products and materials using a stand-up high-reach forklift. You will operate RF scanning to track inventory, load and unload pallets, and ensure safety protocols are followed across shifts including weekends.

This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working in temperature extremes, and performing daily equipment inspections. The position offers a shift differential and 3PM–1:30AM weekend schedule to meet warehouse needs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up high reach or double-deep forklifts.
• Familiarity with RF scanning systems and warehouse inventory processes.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, from -20°F to 100°F, with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Crown stand-up high reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials.
• Put away palletized units by lifting forks and placing into racks
• Pick palletized units from elevated racks and prepare for outbound shipment
• Safely remove pallets from storage locations while maintaining product integrity
• Use RF scanning to track inventory, weights, counts, and condition
• Load/unload materials onto/off pallets, skids, or lifting devices
• Perform up-stacking/down-stacking in pick locations to maintain inventory flow
• Complete daily forklift inspection and maintenance
• Monitor battery charge levels and return equipment to charging stations
• Operate and assist with other material handling equipment as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety regulations within warehouse operations

Job description

Use stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Schedule

• 3PM - 1:30AM - weekends required

Pay

$22 - 23/hr DOE + $1.50/hr Shift Differential

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate a Crown stand-up high reach forklift to safely move products, equipment, and materials throughout the facility
• Put away palletized units by lifting forks and placing them into racks above floor height, including upper reserve and double-deep locations
• Pick palletized units from elevated rack locations and prepare them for outbound shipment
• Safely remove pallets from storage locations while maintaining product integrity and adherence to safety protocols
• Use a Radio Frequency (RF) scanning system to track inventory, including product counts, weights, and condition
• Load and unload materials onto and off pallets, skids, or other lifting devices
• Perform up-stacking and down-stacking in pick locations to maintain efficient inventory flow
• Complete daily forklift inspection and maintenance checklists to ensure safe operation
• Monitor battery charge levels, perform basic battery maintenance and cleaning, and return equipment to designated charging stations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures within warehouse operations

Minimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Experience operating stand-up high reach or double-deep forklifts preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanning systems and warehouse inventory processes
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, from -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage, while wearing required PPE and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (18 kg) (or more depending on facility requirements)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts as needed
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety

Pay Range

$19.18 - $32.40
