Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Minooka, Illinois, is hiring Forklift Operators and Reach Truck Operators to join a safety-focused team. This role involves all aspects of warehouse fulfillment, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, with a schedule Sunday to Thursday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

You will work with reach trucks, clamps, and related equipment in clean facilities with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Work within contract performance guidelines and quality standards.
Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours.
