Position Overview

Keep our communities fed. Forklift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Earn $18.00 per hour, then up to $28.25 with additional incentive earning potential and premiums.

We are currently seeking candidates with: Reach truck experience.

Compensation and Schedule

• Earn $18 per hour + Base Increases + $1.50 (cooler/freezer premium) + $0.75 (shift premium) + Incentive and Attendance pay (once qualified)
• FT, 2nd shift, 5 days on/2 days off
• Location: 3100 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas 77021

Your Contributions

• Operating a forklift to transport merchandise within the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory using handheld computers and technology
• Stacking, rotating merchandise, replenishing pick slots and production lines
• Staging finished products in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols for forklift operation
• Occasional lifting of varying case weights and shapes

Physical Requirements

• Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Lifting products weighing between 1-60 lbs. or more
• Handling products from floor to overhead at multiple levels
• Safe handling of sharp objects and tools
